We offer a full refund including shipping if your order has not yet shipped.
We offer a full refund for your order minus applicable shipping (within 90 days of placing the order) if the order has been shipped but the tests have not yet been returned to the laboratory for testing.
Orders over 90 days will not be refunded. However, if you lose or misplace your package, orders older than 90 days may be replaced with a new order for the cost of shipping.
We do not offer partial refunds for a subset of tests within an order.
The cost of your order plus shipping is nonrefundable if a test has been submitted and processed by our laboratory.
