GenSol will be closed Monday, May 25th, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day. We hope everyone has a safe holiday and takes a moment to remember our fallen soldiers from all parts of the world.

US Postal Service Delays

We are experiencing delivery delays within the US Postal Service Due to the COVID19.

There have been time delays with shipments within the US, as well as suspended delivery with some international orders.

International Customers can go to this USPS site to get additional information on international delays and suspensions:

If you are placing an order and you require urgency, please consider choosing Priority or Express mail at check out. First Class mail within the United States can take up to 14 business days one way. First Class International mail can take up to 31 days.

These estimates are PRIOR to COVID19, so you may experience additional delays to the USPS normal delivery times. **Most delays will not affect your samples.

At checkout, you will be given these options for shipping:

DOMESTIC:

  • 1 First Class Mail (4-14 Business Days Each Way) $5.50 USD
  • 2 Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days Each Way)  $14.00 USD
  • 3 Express Mail (1-2 Business Days Each Way)   $49 USD

Domestic orders include return postage label.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • 1 Int’l First Class Mail (Up To 31 Business Days One Way)  $12.50 USD
  • 2 Int’l Priority Mail (Up to 14 Business Days One Way) $32.00               
  • 3 Int’l Express Mail (Up To 5 Business Days One Way)  $57.00                  

GenSol Diagnostics continues to operate on a normal schedule as our services fall under Animal Sciences by the Department of Agriculture. Orders placed online by 4:00 pm EST continue to be processed and shipped the same day.

Typical turn around times continue to be 24-48 hours after we receive your samples at our lab.  Result time will be delayed if the paperwork is not completed properly, or if there is insufficient DNA on your swab. Swabs arriving at the post office after 11:00 am EST will be picked up the following day.

Our kits never expire! But we do recommend that domestic orders use your return mailing label within 6 months for accurate tracking.
