USPS Shipping Delays and Other Shipping Issues
GenSol Diagnostics has experienced significant delays in delivery of our packages and packages not getting scanned by the USPS, preventing our customers from tracking the delivery of their orders. We are told these delays are due to COVID-19, hurricanes and fires depending on where you live.
International deliveries are also being delayed in customs as well as in transit.
Please note: These issues are beyond our control. We can not guarantee delivery times. We can replace orders lost in transit, however we will require longer waiting periods for your delivery.
Although Priority and Priority Express ARE NOT guaranteed by USPS, we do recommend if you are in a rush to receive your kits, you use one of these postal methods as opposed to First Class.
